15.2-hand golden palomino gaited mare. Has some neck rein to her and has never offered to buck, rear, or bolt. Gentle both on the ground and in the saddle with a very smooth natural gait. Would be a great option to raise mule babies out of.
Now, I’m going to tell you something I really don’t want to tell you, and you’re not going to want to hear. She has an enlarged hock on her right hind leg. She came to me that way, and it took me a few days to notice it. Most people probably wouldn’t notice if they came to see her, but I always call these kinds of things out. She does seem to move around sound on it.
She’s on the lean side right now but eats good and is in plenty good enough condition to ride. A good intermediate-rider-type horse or an opportunity to raise some very pretty and very gaited babies out of her.
